Artisan Themes Affiliate Program
Terms and Conditions

Please read this agreement carefully before registering to the Artisan Themes affiliate program. By signing up for this affiliate program you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to deactivate your account at any time, without prior warning and to retain any commission payouts if you violate the terms in this agreement.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

As a member of the Artisan Themes affiliate program:

  • You are not allowed to use any form of spam to promote Artisan Themes’ products.
  • You are not allowed to offer cash-back bonuses to promote Artisan Themes’ products.
  • You are not allowed to claim that any of our products or promotional materials were authored by yourself.
  • You are not allowed to buy stuff through your own affiliate link.

All affiliate signups are subject to approval by the owners and administrators of Artisan Themes. Artisan Themes reserves the full rights on all products and tools offered inside the affiliate program. The promotional tools are not to be considered PLR material and affiliates as well as customers do not have resale rights in any way.

Artisan Themes retains the right to reject any affiliates at any time, for any reason and regardless of any previous conditions. Any attempts to use unethical or illegal promotion methods as well as any attempts to deceive Artisan Themes and/or the operators of the affiliate program will lead to immediate closure of the affiliate’s account as well as the blocking of any further attempts of that same affiliate or proxies of that same affiliate to sign up.

By signing up to the Artisan Themes affiliate program you agree that:

  • You are of legal age and there is no legal reason that would prevent or disallow you from promoting products as an affiliate and earning commissions from these promotions.
  • Any website/sent email/video or other content is originally created by you and/or licensed to you.
  • Your promotional content and/or website is not in conflict with any laws.
  • Your promotional content is not defamatory and does not violate any entity’s rights.
  • Your promotional content does not infringe any copyrights.
  • You don’t use spam as a way of selling or promote your content.
  • You will not use any fraudulent methods to generate impressions, clicks and commissions.

AFFILIATE PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

All approved Artisan Themes affiliates can generate commissions by referring customers through their individual affiliate links, found in their affiliate dashboard, or through a direct link from approved domains when applicable.

Payments for all approved, non-refunded commissions are made at the beginning of every month to the PayPal account specified at your account, with a 30 day delay, to allow for our 30 day refund period to go over. Refunded purchases will not apply for a commission.

Commission rates vary depending on the purchased products. Artisan Themes reserves the right to change affiliate commission amounts at any time (you will be notified in advance if this happens and the changes are never retroactive).

You will receive a commission whenever a product sale is made to a customer you referred to Artisan Themes’ website via your individual affiliate link or through a direct link when approved, even if the customer arrived to a different product, page, article or section than the one that lead to the purchase.

A commission will be granted to the first affiliate that referred a particular customer, even if a different affiliate referred the same customer afterwards. Cookies have a duration of 180 days.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not share any of your data with anyone. The data we collect from you is securely stored and used by us to keep in touch with you and make sure you get paid.
