The Background Image Properties let you have more control over how the background image of the module behaves.

*Note: These options might clash with the Parallax/Fixed option in the Module Style tab, especially the Repeat settings.

Horizontal Position Options

Center: The background image is placed at the center of the module, horizontally.
Left: The background image starts from the left edge of the module.
Right: The background image starts from the right edge of the module.

Vertical Position Options

Center: The background image is placed at the center of the module, vertically.
Top: The background image starts from the top edge of the module.
Bottom: The background image starts from the bottom edge of the module.

Repeat Options

No Repeat: The background-image is not repeated. The image will only be shown once.
Repeat: The background image is repeated both vertically and horizontally, as many times as it fits in the module.
Repeat X: The background image is repeated only horizontally, as many times as it fits in the module.
Repeat Y: The background image is repeated only vertically, as many times as it fits in the module.

Size Options

Cover: Proportionally resizes the background image to cover the entire module, even if it has to cut a little bit off one of the edges. It always respects the image proportions, the image won’t be distorted. *Note: Logically, the Cover setting will make Repeat, Repeat X and Repeat Y options null.
Auto: The background image is displayed in its original size.
Contain: Proportionally resizes the background image to make sure the image is fully visible inside the module.
