Good to know.
What counts as a quick edit?
A quick edit is a change to content that's already on your site and takes us under 15 minutes. Rewording a sentence, swapping a photo, updating a price or your opening hours, and fixing a link are all quick edits. You can send as many as you like, one at a time or in batches, and we'll finish each one within 1 business day.
New pages, layout or design changes, and new features or plugins are bigger projects. We're happy to do them, and we'll send you a quote first.
Do I need to use your hosting or one of your themes?
No. We look after any WordPress site, whichever host and theme you use. You keep your hosting, your domain and your current setup.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
Every plan includes security hardening, a firewall and malware scanning, which keeps problems rare. If your site is compromised while you're on Growth or Partner, we clean it and restore it at no extra cost. On Essential, the cleanup is quoted separately, and your daily backups help us get you back online quickly.
What does the Conversion Brief look like?
It's a short monthly document with our recommendations for getting more inquiries, bookings or sales from your site, listed in order of priority. Each recommendation includes a screenshot, the problem we noticed and the fix we suggest. You can see a sample further up this page.
On Growth you get 3 recommendations a month and we implement 1 of them on your website. On Partner you get 6, and we implement 3 of them on your website.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no minimum term, so you can move to a different plan or cancel whenever you like. If you'd rather pay yearly, annual billing gives you two months free on every plan.
My site is old or broken. Can you still take it on?
Usually, yes. If your site is badly outdated or something isn't working, we'll start with a site rescue (from $399) to fix it and bring it up to date. Once it's in good shape, your plan begins as normal.
How do I send you changes?
Just email us what you'd like changed, with any text or images attached. You can send requests one by one or in a single list, and we'll let you know when each one is done.
What if I don't use everything in a month?
Blog posts, recommendations and implementations are monthly allowances, so anything unused doesn't carry over to the next month. For blog posts, you send us the text and images, and we upload, format and publish them for you.
